This morning on my drive to work my car started making this weird noise. Sort of like someone dumped a can of marbles in my engine. My car doesn't normally sound like that, so I thought to myself "Self, I think something is wrong with this car." And I learned something about myself this morning. I learned that apparently, I don't deal well with having car trouble when I'm alone in the car on that deserted back road I take to work. I just have sort of a melt down in the middle of the road. And by melt down, I mean I just stopped my car in the middle of the road and cried. It wasn't pretty but it was enough to make some very kind farmers passing me with a truckload of cows (it's Tennessee people) stop to see if I needed help.
So since I'm not good at um, dealing with car trouble, let's get back to what I am good at. Talking about scrapbooking stuff. I'm going to make it into bullet points so that it looks like I am really good at it.
- If you haven't picked up a Vintage Kit yet, you really need to. They are just about the cutest things ever.
Case in point:
- These Fontwerks stamps are on sale for only $5. I know, you're glad I pointed that out, right?
- Becca did this really fab challenge. Link up your pictures of donated supplies!
- If you missed the newsletter, you can click that little "Current Newsletter" tab to see it!
- We're getting ready for the holidays. I know it's early. But a penny saved is a penny earned. Okay, so that doesn't have anything to do with us having holiday stuff up early. But we do have great deals on the stuff. It's all stuff that you have the option to print at home too, which is a big stress reliever. Check it out here!
I made it to work, in case you were wondering. Slowly, with my hazard
lights on. Luckily my husband is the really hot shipping guy, so he can
evaluate the car on my lunch break.
